The BUCC White Paper Series publishes student computing research across software engineering, intelligent systems, and applied computer science.
BUCC is a computer club inside a computer science department - so our series stays close to the craft: code that runs, systems that scale, and models that are honest about what they do.
Every accepted paper is reviewed by a faculty-led editorial board, paired with an ORCID iD, registered with a permanent DOI under the CCPM framework operated by CFSBR, and hosted open access. The goal is simple: undergraduate work that is built, tested, and citable - not just submitted.

An empirical review of 2024–2025 remittance flows shows a 14% migration from formal hawala channels into USDC-denominated settlement rails. We map regulatory posture across four jurisdictions and quantify cost compression for senders below the USD 200 ticket.
